SCIPS has been the leading independent voice for the tenant movement within Sandwell for over 15 years. Recent amendments to our structure now put us in a position were we can offer membership to a whole new range of community focussed groups.

Over those 15 years we have developed a reputation across the borough for being an open and democratic organisation and for delivering high quality services within Sandwell. We are duly proud of this reputation but are not an organisation to rest easily on our laurels.

You may though not be very aware of us or the range of activities and communities we are involved with. As an organisation we have always been red hot on service delivery - though not one inclined to ‘blow it’s own trumpet’ about what we have and are achieving.
