Sandwell Council is creating a new tenant engagement strategy, setting out how
we’ll listen to, involve, and work with tenants to shape the homes and communities where you live.
The strategy has been co-produced with tenants and Sandwell Community Information and Participation Services (SCIPS), and we’d love to hear your views.

- Join our tenant engagement strategy workshop on Friday 7 November 2025, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm at Sandwell Council House, Committee Room 1, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE. To book a place, contact us using the details above, travel expenses will be available to claim on the day
