Supporting Sandwell Tenants and Residents Associations

In January 2016 SMBC commissioned SCIPS to deliver direct services to Tenants and Residents Groups across Sandwell.

SCIPS will also administer the Tenant and Resident (TRA) grant process.

The registration process has been reviewed, any grants that have been granted will be checked by SCIPS monitoring officer. Sandwell MBC registration will be complete upon completion of an AGM and appointed new committee.

There is a priority to set up new groups concentrating activity in areas where there are low level of representation
