Material Focus’ Electrical Recycling Fund – Deadline: 31st January 2023
£2.5 million in funding is available for
projects that make it easier for UK householders to recycle their electrical goods.
The Material Focus’s Electrical Recycling Fund has two funding streams:
• Grants of up to £100,000 for projects seeking to grow or develop existing household waste and recycling collection services for small household electricals,
• Grants of up to £50,000 for projects that seek to innovate new collection methods.
Applications are sought from a range of organisations including local authorities, waste collection authority areas, contractors, not-for-profits, community sector organisations, produce compliance schemes, and retailers.
Further funding may be considered for projects that demonstrate value for money and significant impact.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 31st January 2022.
