Islamic Relief UK Funding to Improve the Lives of Vulnerable & Marginalised People (UK) - Deadline: 8 th July 2024

Grants of up to £50,000 are available to organisations such

as local community, voluntary or faith-based groups and charities working to support vulnerable and marginalised people across the UK. Applications will be accepted for projects that support the following key themes:

• Building resilience to poverty,

• Empowering women and girls,

• Support refugees and asylum-seeking communities,

• Youth and family development. First-time applicants can receive grants of £1,000 to £40,000, and second-time successful applicants can bid for £50,000. The funding can be used to cover costs such as: 

• Staff salaries and associated costs,

• Room hire,

• Equipment, materials, and other project resources,

• Organisational or core costs (including, rent, heat, light, insurance). Multi-year funding is available. The funding is made available through Islamic Relief UK’s Grants Programme
