Ideal for All have been funded to deliver Mental Health Awareness i-act training.
i-Act is the UK’s leading established, evidence-based, Royal College of Psychiatrists accredited mental health & wellbeing awareness programme. Ideal for All can also provide the training at your premises or one of your choice – get in touch to find out more! There are two versions of accredited i‑act training available for frontline VCS workers & Volunteers and VCS Managers, Community group Leaders & Volunteer leads. Learners either access: Understanding/Promoting Positive Mental Health And Wellbeing in Workplace (for staff, volunteers and service users) Or Managing/Promoting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing in Workplace (for Managers and Volunteer leaders)
Over the next few weeks, Ideal for All are delivering face-to-face training courses, tailored to the unique needs of your workforce. These courses aim to strengthen mental health awareness, encourage early intervention, and nurture a supportive workplace culture. This training will help your team: Recognise the early signs of mental health challenges. Gain practical tools for having supportive conversations. Build resilience and improve overall wellbeing, aligning with Sandwell’s Core and Enhanced competency frameworks. Every participant receives: A 150+ page toolkit and resources. A course certificate and pin badge. Drinks and refreshments provided
