Yin Yoga

Every Tuesday in August 10.30am - 11.30am
Yin focuses on stillness with an emphasis on longer and deeper stretches. Most postures are performed when sitting or lying down. It is suitable for all levels, and it is recommended that you bring a strap or towel to use to enhance the stretches and to ensure good posture and joint alignment. Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
