Our offices are closed between Christmas and New Year. You can still report issues or request services online - here's a list of
things you can report through our website. If you are reporting a problem online while our offices are closed, we may not come back to you until the New Year. There's more information on the rest of this page that may be useful over the Christmas and New Year period.
Christmas opening hours for offices and phone lines
Our Christmas opening hours for our phone lines and offices are as follows:
- Friday 22 December 2023 - Open
- Monday 25 December 2023 – Christmas Day - Closed
- Tuesday 26 December 2023 – Boxing Day - Closed
- Wednesday 27 December 2023 - Closed
- Thursday 28 December 2023 - Closed
- Friday 29 December 2023 - Closed
- Monday 1 January 2024 - New Year's Day - Closed
- Tuesday 2 January 2024 - Open - return to normal opening hours
