Registered charities, voluntary and community organisations, schools, parish/town councils and other not-for-profit organisations can apply for grants of £500, £1,000 or £1,500 through the Tesco Community Grants programme to support local good causes that focus on helping children and families across the UK.

The Trust has been established since 1975, their core goal is to help small groups of people who are getting together to make a difference in their communities, on the whole they do not support big or established charities. They are especially interested in helping groups that are starting up and need a little seed money to help to get them going.
